How to Initiate a Return (Simple 3-Step Process)
To ensure a smooth and easy return process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: Before sending your item back, please email our support team at support@ringsearth.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will promptly reply with a Return Authorization number and the specific address where you should send your return. Please do not ship items without receiving this authorization.
- Package Your Item Securely: Send the item back in its original, pristine condition, including all original packaging, certificates, and documents that came with your order.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure the following:
- The item must be in the same unworn and new condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accompanying documents (such as diamond certificates).
Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.
- Approval: We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary between payment providers.
Troubleshooting a Late Refund: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, we recommend the following:
- Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges, Gifts & Shipping
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ringsearth.com. We will arrange for a replacement and cover all associated return shipping costs.
- Gift Returns:
- If the item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is processed.
- If the item was sent to the original purchaser who then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
- Return Shipping Instructions:
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival).
- We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as RingsEarth is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit. Please retain your tracking number for your records.
